COOKIE MONSTER Punch large circle out of blue and trim it with the large circle punch. Punch 2 small circles out of white and 2 circles with the 1/4" handheld Punchline out of black to make his eyes. Punch a small circle out of black paper and trim off the top third with scissors to make his mouth. Punch small micro dots with the 1/16" handheld Punchline onto brown paper. Punch a small circle from this dotted brown paper and one small circle in black paper. Glue the brown circle on top of the black circle. Punch a bite mark out of the cookie with the tiny flower punch. BURT Punch large balloon out of yellow paper. Punch 2 ovals with the oval handheld Punchline out of yellow paper and trim for his ears. Punch 2 circles with the 1/4" handheld Punchline out of white paper and 2 circles with the 1/8" Punchline out of black for his eyes. Punch out his nose with the oval handheld Punchline out of orange paper. To make his mouth, punch a small circle out of red paper and trim with a scissor. Punch a small sun out of black paper and trim with a scissor for his hair. Punch a tree out of black paper and trim with a scissor for his eyebrow. ERNIE Punch large circle out of orange paper and trim it with the large circle punch. Punch 2 circles with the 1/4" handheld Punchline out of orange paper and trim for his ears. Punch 2 circles with the 1/4" handheld Punchline out of white paper and 2 circles with the 1/8" Punchline out of black for his eyes. Punch out his nose with the oval handheld Punchline out of red paper. To make his mouth, punch a small circle out of red paper and trim with a scissor. Punch a large sun out of black paper and trim with a scissor for his hair. Punch a duck out of yellow paper.
