Koffing: Koffing's body is made with a jumbo (1 ¼ inch) circle punch. His  bumps are ¼ inch circles. His mouth is a small circle cut in half, the teeth  are drawn with a white gel pen and outlined in black. His eyes are ¼ inch  circles cut in half, with black pen dots for the pupils. The symbol on his  body is drawn in white gel pen.

Metapod: Metapod's body is a jumbo circle. I then punched out part of a large (1 inch) circle to make the sort of moon shape and used scissors to  trim the top and bottom flat. His bumps/arms/whatever those are, are made  with the small diamond punch. His eyes are white ¼ inch circles, with half a green ¼ inch circle laid on top. The eyes are 1/16 inch circles.

Tentacool: Tentacool was made completely with circles. His body is made from two jumbo blue and one jumbo black circles. The top one is the whole circle,  while the bottom one was punched twice to make the pointed circle section,  and then layered over the black. The big red dots are trimmed 1½ inch  circles, and the small red dot is a trimmed ½ inch circle. The tentacles are  thin slivers cut with the jumbo circle punch. The details are drawn in with a black pen.
