Does your cutter seem to cut crooked when you are using the straight blade?
Call Fiskars
Consumer Affairs (800) 950-0203, EXT. 277 and ask for a repair kit for the Rotary Trimmer. After you get the kit simply
A.  Blade on hub first.  Then apply two spring washers (nested together) with the flat side pressing against the blade.  Next put on the orange safety cap.
B.  Next install a new cutting mat.  Keep one mat for straight cutting, and keep one mat for decorative cutting.
C.  Now your ready to cut.  Works best while standing.  Push palm pressure bottom to top tilting the carriage to the right.  Hold your palm as still as possible.
D.  Your cut should be within 1/16" of accuracy.
E.  You don't need to use any spring washers when using the decorative blades. These blades are thicker.
